1 lb ground beef
1 stick of butter
1 glug of Coconut Secret coconut aminos
1 tbsp of dried thyme
2 tbsp Ms Dash Lemon Pepper seasoning
4 slices of white American cheese
1. In a large bowl combine ground beef, coconut aminos, thyme, and lemon pepper seasoning. Sea salt and black pepper to taste. Mix with your hands :)
2. Slice butter 1 tbsp at a time. Cube each tbsp in 4 pieces. Form hamburger meat into thin patties. Press 4 cubes into patty. Cover with more beef.
Tip: You can wrap each patty in plastic wrap and freeze for later.
3. Place a skillet pan on medium heat until hot. Add a tbsp of butter to the pan until melted. Place patty in pan and sear for 3 minutes on each side or longer depending on desired doneness.
4. On the last minute of the last side of your patty, place a slice of white American cheese and let melt.
